Patrick is an Associate in the Firm’s New York office, where he focuses on complex commercial litigation. He has represented clients in disputes in federal and state courts across a wide range of industries, including finance, construction, entertainment, technology, and government services. Patrick’s experience encompasses matters involving breach of contract, business torts, securities fraud, shareholder disputes, and corporate governance issues, and he has represented clients in courts throughout the United States.

Prior to joining the Firm, Patrick was an associate at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer LLP in New York, where he handled commercial and securities litigation as well as internal investigations.
