Of Counsel

Patti Riordan is Counsel in the Firm’s Century City Office. She has extensive experience representing clients in complex business and employment litigation matters from pre-litigation assessment through mediation, arbitration and trial.  She has defended employers and government entities in state and federal court in California in a variety of industries, including aerospace, aviation, retail, hospitality, farming, software, oil and gas and construction.  Her practice includes class actions and single-plaintiff cases involving wage and hour, discrimination, retaliation, harassment, wrongful termination fraud, and breach of contract claims. Patti has successfully navigated the California courts and advises employers on the ever-changing landscape of California employment laws and regulations, including drafting employee handbooks, policies and procedures.
