Patricia Eberwine is Counsel in the Firm’s Century City office. She is an accomplished litigator with deep experience in complex business litigation and has obtained favorable outcomes for clients facing high-stakes challenges. Her practice focuses on professional liability, corporate governance, commercial contracts, unfair business practices, and business and environmental torts. Clients rely on Patty’s judgement to consistently deliver results that align with their business objectives.

During the course of her career, Patty’s extensive experience includes appellate practice in both state and federal courts, managing complex discovery, and trying cases to verdict. Her litigation successes include securing summary judgment on behalf of one of California’s largest privately held companies in a shareholder derivative
action, negotiating favorable settlements for a public utilities company facing billions of dollars in potential exposure, and obtaining dismissals for individual corporate directors in a multifaceted business tort and dissolution dispute.

In law school, Patty was awarded the Shattuck Award for demonstrating exceptional promise as a future leader in the legal profession.
