N’Dea M. Hallett

Associate

N'Dea Hallett is an associate focusing on employment litigation and counseling. N'Dea represents both individual and corporate clients across a wide range of industries, including media, entertainment, financial services, and technology. Her practice includes handling complex internal investigations, advising on regulatory compliance, and high-stakes civil litigation. N'Dea is skilled in guiding clients through the complexities of employment law, ensuring adherence to regulatory frameworks and internal policies, and implementing proactive measures to prevent misconduct, whistleblower claims, fraud, harassment, and discrimination.
N'Dea began her legal career as a litigation associate at Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP. She later served as an associate in the General Counsel’s office of the New York City Department of Investigation, where she focused on government investigations and regulatory matters.

In 2022, N'Dea was recognized as one of The National Black Lawyers’ Top 40 Under 40. N'Dea is also committed to social justice, serving on the Action Board of Getting Out and Staying Out, a nonprofit organization that supports individuals impacted by arrest and incarceration through education, employment, and emotional well-being resources. She previously served as a Board Member and Governance Chair for Ms. JD, a nonprofit organization dedicated to advancing the professional development of women attorneys.​​
