Len Weintraub is a general commercial litigator, whose practice focuses on representing banks, brokerage firms, smaller companies and individuals. He has handled a wide range of commercial litigation in numerous federal and state courts and arbitrations across the country, involving contract disputes, restrictive covenants, raiding, unfair competition, theft of trade secrets, misappropriation of confidential business information, directors and officers liability (defense only), partnership disputes, promissory notes and other financial instruments, customer disputes, employment discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wage and compensation claims, and legal malpractice (defense only).  Len is rated A-V© by Martindale-Hubbell and was named a New York “Super Lawyer” (Business Litigation) 2019-2023 by New York Super Lawyers ® .


He also advises clients concerning restrictive covenants, employment agreements, employment issues, safeguarding confidential business information and partnership agreements.


He has argued appeals before the New York Court of Appeals, the First, Second and Fourth Departments of the New York Appellate Division, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit.
