Kevin C. Kelly

Of Counsel

Kevin Kelly is a general commercial litigator who represents domestic and international banks, public companies and their officers and directors facing lawsuits alleging violations of the federal securities laws or shareholder demands, and individuals, including financial advisors, in disputes pending in federal and state courts throughout the country, as well as in arbitrations and federal bankruptcy proceedings.

Kevin’s clients include public companies operating in the real estate, pharmaceutical, financial technology, sports and consumer products industries; private and public American, Swiss and Japanese banks; registered investment advisors; and cryptocurrency exchanges.

​

Kevin currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Legal Aid Society’s New Leadership Program, where he sits on the Executive Committee.  In his pro bono practice, Kevin partners with the Legal Aid Society to represent individuals

seeking safe and permanent housing as well as individuals who have been incarcerated and seek to enforce their rights.  Kevin has received the Legal Society’s Pro Bono Publico Award for his outstanding service in these matters.

Kevin began his career at Mayer Brown LLP and was Counsel at Cahill Gordon & Reindel LLP before joining the firm.
