Katherine B. Harrison

Kate Harrison maintains a diverse litigation practice, including representation and advice to clients in securities litigation, FINRA arbitrations and securities regulatory investigations, employment and discrimination, ERISA, antitrust, First Amendment and media, and general commercial litigation.  In addition to trial level work, she has significant appellate experience, including in the United States Supreme Court, the Federal Circuit Courts, the New York State Appellate Division, and the New York Court of Appeals. She came to Paduano & Weintraub as counsel in 2002 and became a member of the Firm in 2006. After graduating from law school, she served as a law clerk to the Honorable Lee P. Gagliardi, Senior United States District Judge for the Southern District of New York.

 

She is an active member of the New York City Bar Association where she has served on the Committee on Women in the Profession.
