Dusty Knapp is an Associate in the Firm’s Century City Office and has represented businesses in numerous matters in state and federal Courts and arbitration panels in California, including in breach of contract, fraud, discrimination, retaliation, harassment, violations of the Civil Rights Act, and wage and hour violations matters. Dusty has also represented employers before the California Labor Commissioner's Office and United States Equal Employment Opportunity Commission.

Dusty's experience representing entrepreneurs across a wide range of industries helps him approach matters with empathy and the ability to grasp a client’s unique business needs.

Prior to practicing law, Dusty worked as a management and marketing consultant in the consumer-packaged goods, fast food, and pharmaceutical industries, and for tech startups.
