Daniel I. Solomon

Daniel is an associate in the Firm’s New York office.  Dan has substantial experience appearing before federal and state courts, and arbitration panels, representing corporations and individuals in complex commercial disputes, including those involving breach of contract, business torts, and antitrust-related claims. He has also represented employers in matters involving discrimination, retaliation, restrictive covenants, and other workplace-related disputes.
