Associate

Bryan Olert is an associate in the Firm’s New York office, where he focuses his practice on employment litigation and counseling. Bryan has litigated a broad range of employment matters in federal and state courts involving claims of discrimination, harassment, and retaliation, as well as alleged violations of wage and hour laws. He has also represented employers before the United States Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and the New York State Division of Human Rights.

Bryan previously served as an Assistant Corporation Counsel in the Labor and Employment Law Division of the New York City Law Department, where he represented the agencies of the City of New York, the New York City Health and Hospitals Corporation, the City University of New York, and other City-affiliated employers in single-plaintiff and class actions.
