Anthony Paduano served as law clerk to the Honorable Clarkson S. Fisher, Chief United States District Judge for the District of New Jersey from 1984 to 1985. Mr. Paduano was appointed Receiver by Chief Judge Michael B. Mukasey of the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York in Securities and Exchange Commission v. Cobalt Multifamily Investors I, LLC et. al. He was named a New York “Super Lawyer” (Securities Litigation) in 2006-07, 2010, 2013-22 by New York Super Lawyers ® and was the recipient of The Thurgood Marshall Award in 1998 by the Association of the Bar of the City of New York. He served as a member of the Trade Secrets Committee of the New York City Bar Association. Mr. Paduano is rated A-V© by Martindale-Hubbell.
