Anne Thoma is an experienced litigator with a practice focused on complex commercial matters.  She has represented clients in state and federal courts involving disputes in the financial, pharmaceutical, technology sectors.  Anne has represented clients throughout the country in matters involving breach of contract, business torts, securities fraud, shareholder disputes, and corporate governance issues.

 

Prior to joining the firm, Anne was a litigation associate at Davis Polk & Wardwell.
