Alicia Etre Valenti's practice has been focused exclusively on employment litigation matters. Alicia represents public and privately-held corporations in employment matters concerning discrimination, harassment and retaliation, restrictive covenant, wrongful terminations, non-compete, and non-solicit agreements as well as wage/labor issues brought under Title VII, ADA, ADEA, FMLA, the New York Labor Law, the New York State Human Rights Law and the New York City Human Rights Law and analogous laws in other states. Alicia has vast experience representing employers before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, New York State and City Human Rights Commissions and other state human rights commissions, and in federal and state courts. She was named a Super Lawyers Rising Star from 2014 to 2019.
