Courtney Fain focuses her practice on employment litigation and counseling. She has represented companies in single plaintiff and class claims arising under Title VII, the Fair Labor Standards Act, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, the Family Medical Leave Act, and ERISA, as well as claims arising under New York and California state law. She regularly appears in state and federal court, as well as before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the New York State Division of Human Rights and the New York City Commission on Human Rights.
Prior to joining the Firm, Courtney was senior counsel in the Labor and Employment Division of the New York City Law Department, and spent seven years as an associate in the employment litigation practice group at Weil Gotshal & Manges in New York City.
