Jason Snyder practices commercial litigation, concentrating on health care litigation and complex business and securities disputes. Prior to joining Paduano & Weintraub, Jason spent ten years as a corporate transactional and corporate finance attorney, structuring and executing corporate transactions, secured and unsecured credit facilities, and high yield bond offerings for top-tier law firms in New York, Silicon Valley, and London. Jason also served as general counsel of a start-up technology company.
