Angela M. Wanslow
Associate
Angela M. Wanslow specializes in defense side employment litigation in state and federal courts and administrative agencies. She regularly represents employers in matters involving discrimination, harassment, and retaliation claims arising under Title VII, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, the Family Medical Leave Act, and New York State and New York City employment laws.
Prior to joining the firm, Angela served as Assistant Corporation Counsel in the Labor and Employment Division of the New York City Law Department, defending the City of New York and its agencies in claims brought in state and federal court. During her time at the Law Department, she successfully tried two hearings before an Administrative Law Judge in the State Division of Human Rights. She was awarded New York City Law Department’s Legal Rookie of the Year for the class of 2019.
Angela has served as the Employment and Equal Opportunity for Women Committee co-chair at the New York Women’s Bar Association, a founding chapter of the Women’s Bar Association of New York.
