Upon graduating from law school, Ms. Vinciguerra was a law assistant for the New York Supreme Court Appellate Division – Second Department from 1986 to 1988, and then an associate at a large New York firm from 1988 to 1996, where she practiced general commercial litigation in federal and state courts and before administrative agencies and arbitration panels, with an emphasis on securities and commodities litigation and regulation.  From 1996 to June 2009, Ms. Vinciguerra served as a Senior  Attorney  and  Senior  Vice  President  at Wells  Fargo  Advisors,  LLC  (formerly  known  as Wachovia  Securities  and  before  that  Prudential  Securities),  where  she  handled  all  aspects  of arbitrations, administrative proceedings and litigations involving both customer and employee disputes, acted as the firm’s commodities counsel, and provided legal support to the firm’s retail branch system, the Compliance Department and the Human Resources Department.  Ms. Vinciguerra initially joined Paduano & Weintraub in July 2009 as senior counsel and became a partner in January 2011.   In 2015, Ms. Vinciguerra became a Director and Senior Managing Counsel at a large clearing firm where she was senior regulatory counsel.  She rejoined our Firm in October 2018 as Counsel.

Ms. Vinciguerra handles complex financial services litigation and regulatory matters, as well as insurance-related litigation throughout the country.  She has participated in a number of financial services industry panels concerning best practices for retail investment firms, regulatory initiatives impacting investment advisors, anti-money laundering policies and commodities compliance issues.
