Andrea Moss focuses her practice on employment litigation and represents clients in all types of employment matters including claims arising under Title VII, the Family Medical Leave Act, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, the First Amendment, and the New York State and City Human Rights laws, as well as overtime/wage and hour claims arising under the Fair Labor Standards Act and other comparable state laws. Andrea has served as lead counsel on more than 50 cases from inception through trial in federal and state courts throughout New York State. Andrea has handled dozens of hearings, arbitrations and meditations in multiple courts, administrative agencies and dispute resolution venues such as the American Arbitration Association, the New York State Department of Labor, the EEOC and the New York State Division of Human Rights. Andrea also has extensive experience advising corporate as well as individual clients in all facets of employment and labor law, as well as human resources, compliance and risk management.
