Michael Fleming represents clients in a variety of litigation matters, including employment and discrimination claims, violations of restrictive covenants, and various commercial contract disputes. He has extensive experience handling a variety of employment matters, including federal class actions, whistleblower lawsuits and employment discrimination claims brought under Title VII, the ADA, the ADEA, the New York State Human Rights Law and New York City Human Rights Law in state and federal courts, as well as before the United States Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the New York State Division of Human Rights and the New York City Commission on Human Rights.
