Brian Bienenfeld is a litigation associate at Paduano & Weintraub LLP. His practice focuses on representing management in employment litigation in federal and state courts, as well as advising clients on all aspects of the employment relationship.
Mr. Bienenfeld’s employment litigation practice includes defending employers against claims of discrimination, retaliation, sexual harassment, wage and hour violations, and wrongful termination. Mr. Bienenfeld also counsels his clients on a broad range of employment issues, including workplace harassment and discrimination, reasonable accommodations, leave management, and employee discipline.
Prior to joining Paduano and Weintraub, he was a labor and employment associate at Jackson Lewis P.C. and a general commercial litigator at Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP. While attending law school, Mr. Bienenfeld was an Associate Editor of the Cardozo Law Review and a recipient of the Dean’s Merit Scholarship Award.
